Olympia Fields Brings a Fresh Look to the Communitiy

GREEN BAY, Wis. (July 5, 2023) After five years of vacancy at the Olympia Hotel and Resort we finally have an answer on what is happening with the 29 acres of land the former resort occupied. Wangard Partners, a real estate development company out of Milwaukee, is working to transform the long-cherished Olympia Resort in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin into a mixed-use destination for the growing community. The redevelopment plans include retail establishments, multi-family residential housing, a hotel, medical offices, commercial outlets, a recreational bike trail and much more.

Jones Sign was contracted to collaborate with Wangard Partners on the master plan and conceptual design, while also subsequently providing turnkey brand implementation of the identity signage and wayfinding.  

The scope of work includes design assistance, preconstruction, engineering, permitting, fabrication, excavation, installation, integrated masonry, multi-tenant monument signs, wayfinding signage, branded stone walls, and other sitework.
