Jones needed to take conceptual design and turn them into construction/engineered drawings for over 1,200 interior and exterior signs, graphics, and specialty elements. The rooftop letters presented an additional challenge. The letters were large, ranging in size from 36 to 51 feet in height. They needed to be fabricated to withstand wind and installed with a slight grade to allow snow to slide off.

Jones worked closely with the project design team and general contractor to ensure specifications met the desired objectives. Each letter was lifted onto the roof using a special lifting jig and a 550-ton crane. The letters were mounted to 156 individually placed outriggers.

The brand rooftop letters cover a combined 3,682 square feet and took over 6,000 hours to complete with over 100 people logging time on this project. The "f" of the logo is over 51' tall with the other letters being 36' tall. The letters are powered by 74 power supplies that light 5,502 LED modules to bring the orange translucent vinyl to life.

The project was completed ahead of schedule, on budget, and represented a seamless team effort from Jones management, pre-construction management, operations, installation, and project management team. The project has been highlighted on national sports media and on national news during the 2020 election campaign.

This project reached the LEED Certification Level of Silver.
