Settlers Ridge

Pittsburgh, PA - Settlers Ridge, a CBL & Associates property, is a 600,000 sq. ft. regional center opening in October 2009. This project was a challenge to our very capable Install Crew. Not only was the sign location on an 80’ hillside, the 65’ Freestanding Pylon Sign poles were at 15 foot different elevations. Our crew actually had to bore into a stone cliff to get the job done. This project consisted of five Freestanding Pylon Signs with some Banners. Jones Sign worked closely with ka Architecture to get this package within budget. Through our Sign Specification Program we were able to save the client $140,000 by using construction methods that met our client’s financial needs while maintaining their design intent.
