Coastal Grand

Myrtle Beach, SC - This 1.5 million square foot regional mall in Myrtle Beach is the development of CBL, the large national REIT. General Contractor, EMJ, selected Jones Sign for all the sign work and much of the specialty work. The sign work was spectacular, but the specialty work was really unique. Working with the design firm, Communication Arts, Jones fabricated and installed a quarter mile long shrimp net porte cochere, a story-telling firepit with gas flames, hurricane shutters, decorative louvers and a lighthouse-look topper for the food court gazebo. Although this work was completed in 2006, it remains one of Jones Sign’s proudest accomplishments. When you go to Myrtle Beach, stop at Coastal Grand. It is right near the airport and remains a visually fascinating retail center.
